The Newport Farmers' Market is located on the Town Common on Main St. in Historic Downtown Newport, NH. The market is the longest running and largest market in the Lake Sunapee area, with over 50 vendors of produce, baked goods, canned foods, crafts, and ready-to-eat foods. All of the vendors produce, bake or prepare their products within 50 miles of Newport. You can't get more local than that!

The market operates Fridays, June 1 through October 5, 2012, from 3 pm to 6 pm, rain or shine, on the Town Common at the intersection of NH Rt. 10 and Rt. 11/103.

There is live entertainment each week from local musicians, and the Richards Free Library Childrens' Librarian reads to the kids each week at 4 pm.
